These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of garagedentworks.com (the "Site") and the mobile paintless dent repair services offered by Garage Dent Work ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
Garage Dent Work provides mobile paintless dent repair (PDR) at a customer's home, workplace, or other location within our service area, covering roughly a 25-mile radius across the greater Portland metro area, out to Gresham.
Quote requests submitted through the Site are free and preliminary. A final price is determined only after we've inspected the vehicle in person, since actual cost depends on the size, depth, location, and number of dents. Submitting the form does not guarantee a specific price or that an appointment has been scheduled.
Paintless dent repair works well for most dents, but results vary with the severity of the damage. Very deep dents, sharp creases, or dents on certain body lines may not fully remove with PDR alone. If a vehicle already has a paint chip or crack at the damage site, there is a small chance it could worsen during the repair process. We'll explain what to realistically expect during your in-person assessment, before any work begins.
Appointments are subject to availability and may be affected by weather or other factors outside our control. We'll do our best to communicate any changes to your scheduled appointment as early as possible.
Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your appointment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Dent Work is not liable for pre-existing paint damage that we've disclosed as a risk before beginning work, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair.
The content on this Site, including text, photos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Garage Dent Work and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.
